This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website
When you open pages, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). This data is used to operate the site securely and is not combined with other data. Hosting: Netlify, Inc., USA. Transfers to the USA rely on the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
3. No tracking cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. Your currency choice is stored only locally in your browser.
4. Enquiry form
When you submit the form, we process your details (name, contact, company, project details, message) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis under the GDPR is Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures). Form data is transmitted and stored via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA). Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months at the latest.
5. Call booking
We use an online scheduling tool to book the free call. It only loads when you click "Book a free call"; the provider's privacy terms also apply [provider to be added, e.g. Cal.com].
6. WhatsApp and phone
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) processes your data under its own terms. Only use WhatsApp if you agree — you can also reach us by phone or the form.
7. Sharing
We never sell data. Data is shared only with the providers named above or, for larger projects and with your consent, with our partner Loaded AG.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, with your supervisory authority.
